MLB: Colorado 3, Florida 2 (10 inn)

MIAMI, April 29 (UPI) -- Clint Barmes hit a run-scoring single in the 10th inning Friday night as Colorado edged Florida, 3-2.

Brad Hawpe had two hits, including a home run; while Miguel Ojeda also had two hits for the Rockies (13-10), who have won two in a row and three of their last four contests.

In relief, closer Brian Fuentes (1-0), who blew a save for the first time this season, gave up a run without a hit in one inning. Scott Dohmann registered his first save of the season.

Dan Uggla went 2-for-4 with and knocked in a run; while Hanley Ramirez scored twice for the Marlins (6-14), who have dropped four of their last five games.

The loser was reliever Matt Herges (0-2), who gave up the winning run in the 10th.
