
CHARLOTTE, S.C., April 20 (UPI) -- Philadelphia native Matt Carroll scored 20 points Wednesday night to lead Charlotte to a season-ending win over the 76ers, 92-86.
Carroll also had four rebounds.
Melvin Ely totaled 18 points, five rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots while Raymond Felton added 15 points and nine assists for the Bobcats (26-56), who closed the season with a team record four-game inning streak.
It was the 19th straight game that Felton ended a game with double-digits in scoring for Charlotte.
John Salmons had 19 points, five rebounds and three assists; Andre Iguodala had 17 points, eight rebounds, five assists and two steals; and Kyle Korver had 13 points and four assists for the 76ers (38-44), who lost three of their last four games to end the season.
Philadelphia stars Allen Iverson and Chris Webber showed up late to the bench for the second straight game, but neither was expected to play anyway because of injuries.
