
MINNEAPOLIS, April 20 (UPI) -- Jose Molina went 2-for-4 and hit a go-ahead RBI double in the top of the eighth inning Thursday as the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim beat Minnesota, 6-4.
Adam Kennedy was 2-for-3 with two RBI and Darin Erstad went 3-for-5 with an RBI for the Angels (8-8), who won for the second time in their last three games. The winner was reliever Kevin Gregg (1-0).
Francisco Rodriguez got the final four outs to pick up his fifth save.
Tony Batista was 3-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored, Rondell White went 2-for-4 with two RBI and Luis Castillo was 3-for-4 with two runs scored for the Twins (7-8).
Minnesota has lost three of its last four games.
The losing pitcher was reliever Jesse Crain (0-1), who gave up two runs and four hits in three innings.
