NBA: Chicago 103, Washington 101

CHICAGO, April 14 (UPI) -- Ben Gordon tied an NBA record Friday night by going 9-for-9 on three-point shots as the Chicago Bulls rallied to beat Washington, 103-101.

Overall, Gordon had 32 points, five assists and three rebounds. Kirk Hinrich had 19 points, five rebounds and eight assists; and Andres' Nocioni added 17 points, seven rebounds and five assists for the Bulls (38-41).

Chicago improved to 4-1 against Washington this season.

Gilbert Arenas had 36 points, five rebounds and two assists; Antonio Daniels totaled 20 points, five rebounds, eight assists and three steals; while Antawn Jamison added 16 points, nine rebounds and three assists for the slumping Wizards (39-40), who have dropped their last five games in a row.

Because of that streak, Washington is in a three-way tie with Milwaukee and Indiana for the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference.
