NHL: Columbus 4, St. Louis 1

COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 14 (UPI) -- Sergei Fedorov registered a goal and an assist Thursday night when Columbus beat the St. Louis Blues, 4-1.

Mark Hartigan, Aaron Johnson and Manny Malhotra also had goals; Rostislav Klesla added two assists; while Pascal Leclaire made 26 saves for the Blue Jackets (33-42-4), who broke a three-game losing streak.

Jamal Mayers scored the lone goal in the second period on assists by Petr Cajanek and Lee Stempniak; while Jason Bacashihua allowed four goals on 31 shots for the Blues (21-44-14), who have lost 15 of their last 16 games overall.

Columbus was 5-3 against St. Louis this season.
