
DALLAS, March 19 (UPI) -- Antonio Anderson scored a team-high 13 points Sunday as Memphis beat Bucknell, 72-56, in the second round of the NCAA Tournament at Dallas.
The game was part of the Oakland Bracket.
James Dorsey had 12 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals; Rodney Carney had 10 points, four rebounds and two steals; and Shawne Williams had 10 points, three rebounds and two assists for the top-seeded Tigers (32-3), who will face No. 13 seed Bradley in a Sweet 16 contest on Thursday.
Chris McNaughton had 15 points, eight rebounds and three assists; Kevin Bettencourt had 12 points, four rebounds and a steal; and Charles Lee had 11 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals for the 9th-seeded Bison, who did not come close to their first-round upset of Kansas Friday night and ended at 27-5.
Bucknell out-rebounded Memphis, 29-23.
