NHL: Pittsburgh 6, New Jersey 3

PITTSBURGH, March 11 (UPI) -- Sidney Crosby had two goals and an assist Saturday as the Pittsburgh Penguins defeated the New Jersey Devils, 6-3.

Crosby now has 31 goals, a franchise record for rookies.

Newly acquired Andy Hilbert, making his first game as a Penguin, and Michel Ouellet each had a goal and an assist for Pittsburgh, which ended a four-game losing streak.

Pittsburgh goalie Mark-Andre Fleury stopped 38-of-41 shots.

Jamie Langenbrunner had a goal and an assist and John Madden and Erik Rasmussen added goals for the Devils, who have lost two of their last three games.

New Jersey goalie Martin Brodeur allowed six goals on just 16 shots before being pulled in the second period. Scott Clemmensen stopped all 10 shots he faced.
