COL BKB: Duke 78, Wake Forest 66

GREENSBORO, N.C., March 11 (UPI) -- J.J. Redick scored 20 points Saturday to help 3rd-ranked Duke beat Wake Forest, 78-66, in the ACC Tournament semifinals at Greensboro, N.C.

Greg Paulus added a career-high 18 points, seven rebounds and five assists; Josh McRoberts had 13 points, eight rebounds and two assists; and Shelden Williams had 12 points, five rebounds and blocked two shots for the top-seeded Blue Devils (29-3), who will play in the ACC championship game on Sunday for the ninth straight year.

Eric Williams had 23 points, 12 rebounds and blocked three shots; Justin Gray had 15 points, three rebounds and six assists; and Chris Ellis added 13 points and nine rebounds for the 12th-seeded Demon Deacons (17-16), who may have earned an NIT berth after upset wins over Florida State and No. 22 North Carolina State in the first two rounds. Wake Forest had a huge 43-26 advantage in rebounds.
