NBA: New Jersey 105, Toronto 100 (OT)

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., March 4 (UPI) -- Vince Carter scored 31 points and Richard Jefferson had 30 Saturday as New Jersey posted a 105-100 overtime victory over Toronto.

Jason Kidd added 14 points, 15 assists and 13 rebounds for the Nets, who ended a three-game losing streak.

Morris Peterson scored 25 points and Chris Bosh had 23 points and 11 rebounds for the Raptors, who suffered their sixth straight loss. Mike James added 22 points and seven assists for Toronto.

New Jersey trailed 85-75 with less than 5 1/2 minutes to go in regulation, but outscored the Raptors 14-4 over the remainder of the fourth quarter.
