NHL: Calgary 3, St. Louis 1

CALGARY, Alberta, March 3 (UPI) -- Jarome Iginla scored twice to propel Calgary past St. Louis 3-1 Thursday night.

Shean Donovan also scored and Miikka Kiprusoff made 20 saves as the Flames won for the fourth time in their last five games. Mike Leclerc added a pair of assists in the win.

Calgary jumped out to a 1-0 lead at 3:18 of the opening period and made it 2-0 early in the second.

Lee Stempniak scored the lone goal for the Blues, who lost for just the second time in their last seven games. Curtis Sanford made 28 saves in defeat and Keith Tkachuk picked up his 14th helper of the year.
