PORTLAND, Ore., March 2 (UPI) -- The Portland Trail Blazers ended a 6-game losing streak Wednesday, downing the visiting Los Angeles Lakers 99-93.
Zach Randolph scored 20 points, Steve Blake added 19 and Juan Dixon contributed 12 points in the win.

For the Lakers, Kobe Bryant finished with 35 points and Lamar Odom posted 16 points and eight rebounds. Bryant ended 15-of-15 from the foul line but 0-of-6 from three-point range.
The Lakers (29-29) remain 1 1/2 games in front of Utah for the final Western Conference playoff spot.
