MEMPHIS, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Tommy Haas will be in his second straight title match Sunday after a victory in Saturday's semifinals of the Regions Morgan Keegan championships.

Haas won, 6-3, 6-1, over Frenchman Julien Benneteau, who was coming off a three-set tiebreaker upset of top-seeded American Andy Roddick.

Benneteau failed to earn a single break in the 54-minute match.

Haas, who won in Delray Beach earlier this month and won this event in 1999, will meet Robin Soderling of Sweden in the final.

Soderling, who was a 7-5, 2-6, 7-6 (7-5), winner over Belgian Kristof Vliegen, improved his indoor semifinal record to a perfect 5-0.

Haas is going after his ninth career title, while Soderling is going for his third championship. The two have met on the court once before, with Haas winning in three sets at the Tennis Masters Series in Cincinnati in 2004.
