COL BKB: Arkansas 73, Tennessee 69

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Darian Townes had 15 points and six rebounds Saturday as Arkansas upset 11th-ranked Tennessee, 73-69.

The Razorbacks rallied from a 14-point deficit with eight minutes remaining to boost their winning streak to three straight games.

Jonathon Modica had 14 points, six rebounds and five assists; Eric Ferguson added 12 points, five assists and four rebounds; and Vincent Hunter had 10 points and seven rebounds for Arkansas (19-8, 8-6 SEC), which had a 45-24 advantage in rebounding.

C.J. Watson had 17 points, four rebounds and three assists; Chris Lofton added 12 points, two rebounds and two assists; and Andre Patterson had 10 points, four rebounds, three assists and two blocked shots for the Volunteers (20-5, 11-3 SEC), whose 16-game home-court winning streak was snapped.

Tennessee had already wrapped up the SEC Eastern Division regular-season title with a 76-72 win at Florida on Wednesday.
