Frazier, Craybas advance at Memphis

MEMPHIS, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Amy Frazier and Jill Craybas Thursday were quarterfinal winners at the Regions Morgan Keegan Tennis Championships at Memphis.

Frazier, the seventh seed, beat Shenay Perry 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (7-3), and Craybas, No. 8, rolled past Lilia Osterloh 6-4, 6-1.

Elsewhere, Marta Domachowska beat Laura Granville, 6-4, 6-4; and third-seeded Sofia Arvidsson ousted Caroline Wozniacki 7-5, 6-4.

In Friday's semifinals, Frazier will meet Arvidsson, and Craybas faces Domachowska. The tourbament's eventual winner will claim a first prize check of $28,000.
