Olympic Medal: Women's 1500 Speed Skating

TURIN, Italy, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Cindy Klassen of Canada won the Olympic gold medal Wednesday in the women's 1,500-meter speed skating race.

Canadian Kristina Groves won the silver and Ireen Wust of the Netherlands took the bronze.
