MEMPHIS, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Third-seeded Spaniard Tommy Robredo was among the first day losers Monday at the $690,000 Regions Morgan Keegan Championships.
Chilean qualifier Paul Capdeville defeated Robredo 4-6, 7-6 (7-3), 6-4.

Also, France's Cyril Saulnier beat Spaniard Guillermo Garcia- Lopez 6-3, 6-4.
This week's winner will earn $128,000.
Top seed here is U.S. star Andy Roddick, who will open with a first-round match against fellow countryman Mardy Fish. Roddick won in Memphis in 2002 and was runner-up in 2003.
