PHOENIX, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Black Hawks goaltender Craig Anderson stopped 23 shots to lead Chicago to a 3-1 victory over the home-ice Phoenix Coyotes Tuesday night.

Radim Vrbata, Martin Lapointe and Mark Bell scored goals for the Blackhawks, who snapped a three-game losing streak.

For Phoenix, Geoff Sanderson notched his 16th goal of the season for the Coyotes, while Curtis Joseph stopped 29 shots in goal.

Earlier Tuesday, Coyotes associate coach and former NHL player Rick Tocchet was identified by the New Jersey State Police and Attorney General Zulima Farber for alleged involvement in a gambling ring.

Tocchet is expected to face charges of promoting gambling, money laundering and conspiracy and has been served a complaint summons.
