NHL: Dallas 4, Nashville 2

DALLAS, Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Janne Niinimaa had a goal and an assist Monday to lead the Dallas Stars to a 4-2 victory over the Nashville Predators.

Stu Barnes, Bill Guerin and Mike Modano also scored for the Stars, who have won seven of their last eight games. Dallas goaltender Marty Turco made 17 saves.

Paul Kariya and Mark Eaton both scored for Nashville and Predators goalie Tomas Vokoun made 36 saves.

Nashville has lost four of its last six games.
