NHL: Nashville 7, Columbus 2

NASHVILLE, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Paul Kariya and Scott Hartnell each had two goals and an assist Saturday as the Nashville Predators trounced the Columbus Blue Jackets, 7-2.

Marek Zidlicky had a goal and an assist for the Predators, who won for only the second time in their last five games. Their goalie, Tomas Vokoun, made 27 saves.

Trevor Letowski and Bryan Berard scored for the Blue Jackets, who lost for the second time in their last three games.

Pascal Leclaire allowed four goals on 21 shots in defeat.
