NBA: New Orl/OKC 90, Sacramento 76

NORMAN, Okla., Jan. 14 (UPI) -- David West recorded 19 points, four rebounds and five steals Friday night as New Orleans/OKC beat the Sacramento Kings, 90-76.

Rasual Butler added 16 points and six rebounds, Kirk Snyder had 13 points and five rebounds, and Desmond Mason added 12 points and six rebounds for the Hornets (16-19), who broke a two-game losing streak.

Brad Miller had 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists, Francisco Garcia added 17 points and eight rebounds while Jason Hart had 12 points and four rebounds for the Kings (14-21), who have lost three of their last four games.

The Kings had a slim 48-46 edge in rebounding.

The contest was played at at the Lloyd Noble Center on the campus of the University of Oklahoma.
