
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Jan. 1 (UPI) -- LaBrandon Toefield ran for a career-high 102 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries Sunday as Jacksonville routed the Tennessee Titans, 40-13.
The Jaguars, who closed the season at 12-4 with a three-game winning streak, will play at New England next Saturday night in an AFC wild-card game.
David Garrard completed 10-of-16 passes for 128 yards; Quinn Gray threw two touchdown passes in his first NFL appearance; and Alvin Pearman and Derrick Wimbush combined for three touchdown runs.
Billy Volek was 14-of-25 for 114 yards and two touchdowns in relief of Titans' quarterback Matt Mauck, who went 7-for-14 for 65 yards and one interception; Travis Henry ran for 48 yards on 13 carries; and Ben Troupe had nine receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown for Tennessee (4-12), which ended the season with three losses in a row.
