NBA: Phoenix 107, Chicago 98 (OT)

CHICAGO, Dec. 31 (UPI) -- Shawn Marion registered 28 points and 16 rebounds Saturday night as Phoenix beat the Chicago Bulls in overtime, 107-98.

The Suns out-scored Chicago, 15-6, in the extra session.

Raja Bell added 19 points and six rebounds; Boris Diaw scored 16 points; and Steve Nash rang up 14 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds for Phoenix (19-10), which has won the first four games of a five-game road trip.

Kirk Hinrich had 25 points, three rebounds and four assists; Chris Duhon added 16 points and nine rebounds; while Luol Deng had 16 points and 14 boards for the Bulls (12-17), who have lost six in a row.

The battle of the boards was close, with Chicago winning it by 49-48.
