COL BKB: Nevada 56, Norfolk St. 46

RENO, Nev., Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Marcelus Kemp and Nick Fazekas had 15 and 14 points respectively Tuesday to lead 21st-ranked Nevada to a 56-46 win over Norfolk State.

The Wolf Pack (9-1) continued their best start since the 1978-79 squad won 10 of its first 11 games.

Tynell Dunkley had nine points and five rebounds as no Norfolk State player reached double figures in scoring. Tony Murphy and Keith Young each had eight points for the Spartans (2-9), who have now lost five straight games.
