Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
MEMPHIS, Dec. 20 (UPI) -- Rodney Carney, who made five three-pointers, scored 37 points Tuesday while leading the fourth-ranked Memphis Tigers to a 76-58 win over Louisiana Tech.
Carney also had 10 rebounds, four steals and a pair of assists for Memphis (9-1). Shawne Williams added 17 points, six rebounds and five steals in the win.
Paul Millsap scored 27 points on 10-of-19 shooting and also had 12 rebounds for the Bulldogs (6-5).
