NBA: Minnesota 91, Utah 77

SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Wally Szczerbiak scored 10 of his 26 points during a fourth-quarter run Monday as the Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Utah Jazz, 91-77.

Kevin Garnett added 21 points for Minnesota. Eddie Griffin had 14 points, 11 rebounds and eight blocked shots for the Timberwolves, who have won five of their last six games.

Mehmet Okur had 14 points and six rebounds for the Jazz, who have lost four of five.

Minnesota led for most of the game but was ahead by just three points, 70-67, early in the fourth before going on a 21-9 run.
