WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Danilo Pinnock scored 20 points Wednesday as 22nd-ranked George Washington pulled away in the second half for an 85-68 win over St. Francis (Pa).

Maureece Rice added 16 points, Mike Hall 15 and Omar Williams 13 for the Colonials (3-0), who shot 62 percent (18-of-29) in the second half and 56 percent for the game.

Grant Surprenant had 26 points and Rahsaan Benton added 16 points for the Red Flashes (2-4), who went 9-of-24 from the field in the second half after being tied 35-35 at the break.

J.R. Enright had 12 points and seven rebounds for the Red Flashes. His three-point play gave St. Francis a 43-40 lead with 16:18 remaining.
