NHL: Tampa Bay 5, Philadelphia 2

TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Vaclav Prospal had a hat trick and an assist Monday as the Tampa Bay Lightning posted a 5-2 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers.

Prospal, a former Flyer, extended his career-best points streak to 10 games, and the Lightning ended its six-game losing streak. Dan Boyle added a goal and an assist and Vincent Lecavalier had three assists in the Tampa Bay victory.

Tampa Bay goalkeeper John Grahame stopped 22-of-24 Philadelphia shots.

Peter Forsberg scored both Philadelphia goals and Joni Pitkanen picked up two assists in the Flyers' loss, ending its six game win streak.
