NHL: Anaheim 3, Phoenix 2

ANAHEIM, Calif., Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Andy McDonald scored two goals Sunday night to help boost Anaheim past the Phoenix Coyotes, 3-2.

Teemu Selanne added a goal and two assists and Jean-Sebastien Giguere made 34 saves for Anaheim, winners of three straight. The Mighty Ducks (6-5-0) went 1-for-4 on the power play.

Phoenix out-shot Anaheim, 36-27.

Geoff Sanderson and Mike Leclerc both scored goals and David LeNeveu made 24 stops for Phoenix (5-8-0), which was 1-for-7 on the power play.

It was the Coyotes' second straight loss.
