NHL: Los Angeles 7, Dallas 2

DALLAS, Oct. 20 (UPI) -- Craig Conroy and Lubomir Visnovsky each had a goal and two assists Thursday night to help the Los Angeles Kings thump Dallas, 7-2.

Luc Robitaille, Pavol Demitra, Dustin Brown and George Parros each added one goal and an assist and Jason LaBarbera made 28 saves for Los Angeles (6-2), which has won three in a row. The Kings went 1-of-4 on the power play.

Mike Modano and Philippe Boucher each had a goal and an assist for the Stars (4-3-0).

Goaltender Marty Turco, who started in net for the Stars, was pulled after stopping just 4 of 7 shots. His backup Johan Hedberg, stopped 17 of 21 shots.

Dallas won the shots on goal battle, 30-28.
