NHL: NY Rangers 4, Florida 0

NEW YORK, Oct. 17 (UPI) -- Henrik Lundqvist had 23 saves for his first career shutout and Jaromir Jagr two power-play goals Monday as the New York Rangers beat Florida, 4-0.

Fedor Tyutin and Petr Prucha each added a goal for the Rangers, who have won three in a row and outscored their opponents 13-2 during those games. Martin Rucinsky added three assists for the Rangers, who are 4-1-2 so far this year for an Atlantic Division leading 10 points.

Roberto Luongo made 34 saves before being pulled after the second period for the Panthers, who are 4-3.
