MLB: Kansas City 4, Detroit 2 (2nd game)

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Emil Brown homered Tuesday as the Kansas City Royals completed a doubleheader sweep over the Detroit Tigers with a 4-2 victory.

Catcher Vance Wilson had a pair of RBI for Detroit, which has lost six straight.

In Game 1, Mike Sweeney hit an RBI double in the bottom of the ninth, scoring Aaron Guiel, to lift the Kansas City Royals to a 5-4 win.

Zack Greinke (5-16) picked up the win in Game 2 to improve his home record to just 2-8. The right-hander scattered two runs and six hits over seven innings.
