Goosen climbing in golf rankings

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 12 (UPI) -- Retief Goosen is only a half-step behind fellow South African Ernie Els in the battle for No. 4 in the Official World Golf Rankings.

The German Masters victory, Goosen's third in five weeks, moved him within one-tenth of a point of Els, who had season-ending knee surgery in July.
