MLB: L.A. Dodgers 3, San Diego 1

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Willy Aybar had two hits and scored a run and Oscar Robles added an RBI Saturday afternoon as the Los Angeles Dodgers beat San Diego, 3-1.

Hee Seop Choi also had one hit and one run scored for the Dodgers, who have won three of four.

Winning pitcher Derek Lowe improved to 10-13. He surrendered one run and seven hits in 7 2/3 innings with two walks and four strikeouts.

Duaner Sanchez retired the Padres in order in the ninth inning for his sixth save.

Mark Loretta had two hits and Robert Fick one RBI for San Diego, which has lost four of 11. Losing pitcher Clay Hensley fell to 0-1.
