DAVIE, Fla., July 24 (UPI) -- The Miami Dolphins Sunday signed defensive end Matt Roth, the club's second-round pick in the 2005 draft.

He inked a five-year contract.

The Dolphins also agreed to terms on a two-year deal with their seventh-round pick, defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson. No financial terms were disclosed in either signing.

Roth was the 46th overall pick out of Iowa. The 6-foot-4-inch, 272-pound Roth earned second-team all-America honors after recording eight sacks and forcing three fumbles in 2004 and was a first-team all-Big Ten honoree in both his junior and senior seasons.

Vickerson had 46 tackles, including 10 1/2 for loss, during his senior year at Michigan State in 2004.

Miami now has signed six of its seven draft choices, with Auburn standout running back Ronnie Brown the only pick not signed.

The Dolphins also signed three-year veteran wide receiver Danny Farmer.
