Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
LOS ANGELES, July 17 (UPI) -- Lauren Jackson scored 20 points Saturday night to help lead the Seattle Storm over the Los Angeles Sparks, 78-70.
Jackson added eight rebounds. Betty Lennox had 16 points and Sue Bird had 14 for Seattle, which has won two in a row.
Lisa Leslie had 19 points to lead Los Angeles, which lost for just the second time in its last five games.
