MILWAUKEE, July 2 (UPI) -- Rickie Weeks hit a two-run homer in the eighth inning Saturday night as the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Pittsburgh Pirates, 5-3.
Bill Hall also homered for Milwaukee, which has won three straight.

In relief, Ricky Bottalico raised his record to 2-1. Derrick Turnbow picked up his 15th save.
Loser Salomon Torres fell to 2-4. Daryle Ward was 2-for-4 and Jason Bay 1-for-2 with an RBI and a run scored for the Pirates, who have dropped five straight and seven of eight overall.
