Indians activate Millwood

CLEVELAND, June 16 (UPI) -- The Cleveland Indians Thursday activated pitcher Kevin Millwood from the 15-day disabled list.

Millwood was put on the DL with a strained right groin May 25, when he was forced to leave a game against Minnesota in the fifth inning.

Millwood, 1-4 with a 3.20 ERA in 10 starts, signed a one-year contract with the Indians in January.
