MLB: Minnesota 6, Milwaukee 5 (11 inning)

MINNEAPOLIS, May 22 (UPI) -- Lew Ford tripled and scored on an error in the bottom of the 11th inning Sunday as the Minnesota Twins posted a 6-5 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers.

After Ford's lead-off triple, two intentional walks around a groundout loaded the bases before Luis Rodriguez' grounder was booted by Junior Spivey, allowing Ford to score the winning run.

Shannon Stewart hit a game-tying, two-run homer in the ninth for the Twins. Minnesota has won four of its last five games.
