PITTSBURGH, May 21 (UPI) -- Humberto Cota had four RBI Saturday while leading the Pittsburgh Pirates to an 8-3 victory over the Colorado Rockies.

Winning pitcher Oliver Perez (2-4) allowed two runs on just two hits with eight strikeouts and four walks in five innings. Pittsburgh picked up its sixth win in the last nine games.

Losing pitcher Jason Jennings (1-6) allowed eight runs on nine hits and four walks in 4 1/3 innings. Jennings has lost four straight decisions.

Matt Holliday hit a two-run homer for the Rockies. Colorado has lost five of its last seven games.
