PHILADELPHIA, May 15 (UPI) -- Bobby Abreu had a home run and two RBI Sunday to help the Philadelphia Phillies down the Cincinnati Reds, 4-3.
Chase Utley also homered for the Phillies, and Placido Polanco and Ryan Howard each had three hits as they outhit the Reds, 12-8.

Winning pitcher Vicente Padilla (1-4) held the Reds scoreless on four hits over six innings. He walked six and struck out three.
Elizardo Ramirez (0-1) was a loser in his first major league start. He yielded only two runs and seven hits over six innings.
