RICHMOND, Va., May 14 (UPI) -- Kasey Kahne finally made a break though on the NASCAR circuit.
Kahne, who went into Saturday night's race at the Richmond International Raceway with six runnerup finishes but no victories to his credit, won the Chevy American Revolution 400.

Kahne, driving a Dodge, finished 1.674 seconds ahead of runnerup Tony Stewart.
Ryan Newman placed third, Kyle Busch fourth, and Kevin Harvick fifth.
