NEW YORK, May 1 (UPI) -- Eric Hinske's RBI double and Greg Zaun's sacrifice fly in the seventh inning Sunday lifted Toronto to an 8-6 win over the New York Yankees.
Frank Menechino drove in three runs and Shea Hillebrand had four of Toronto's 16 hits.

Gary Sheffield had a home run and three RBI for the Yankees.
Winning pitcher Pete Walker (1-0) held the Yankees hitless over 1 2/3 innings of relief and Miguel Batista recorded his seventh save. The Blue Jays have won five of their last six.
