ANAHEIM, Calif., April 22 (UPI) -- The Los Angeles Angels came from five runs behind and beat Cleveland 6-5 Thursday on a home run by Orlando Cabrera in the 10th inning.
Cabrera had three hits and two runs scored for the Angels, who have won four of five.

Ronnie Belliard hit a two-run homer and Jose Hernandez drove in three runs for the Indians.
Cleveland led 5-0 but Los Angeles fought back, tying the game in the ninth. Francisco Rodriguez (1-0) pitched the 10th and got the win.
