DENVER, April 22 (UPI) -- Aaron Miles had four of Colorado's 16 hits Friday night and Jason Jennings went the distance as the Rockies whipped the Los Angeles Dodgers, 9-1.

Jennings (1-2) threw the third complete game of his career. He allowed 10 hits and walked two, but struck out six and gave the Rockies their third win in four games.

Brad Hawpe and Clint Barmes drove in two runs each.

The loss went to Jeff Weaver (2-1), who allowed eight runs on 13 hits in four innings. After winning eight in a row, the Dodgers have now lost two straight.
