NBA: Houston 106, Seattle 78

HOUSTON, April 20 (UPI) -- Mike James scored 24 points Wednesday night in helping Houston tune up for the playoffs with a 106-78 drubbing of Seattle.

Houston will open the post-season against Dallas on Saturday while Seattle will also play Saturday against Sacramento.

Houston's Tracy McGrady was held out of the contest but the Rockets still coasted behind 16 points from Bob Sura and 13 more from Yao Ming.

Seattle rested most of its starters during the game.
