PORTLAND, Ore., April 17 (UPI) -- Ruben Patterson scored 23 points and Shareef Abdur-Rahim 20 Sunday night to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 100-82 victory over the Utah Jazz.

Damon Stoudamire, a standout in a 20-2 Portland spurt in the second quarter added 18 points, 12 assists and nine rebounds for the Blazers.

Mehmet Okur and Kirk Snyder shared scoring honors for Utah with 15 points. Okur also had 10 rebounds. The Jazz have lost four of their last five games.

Portland held a 54-39 lead at halftime and was ahead 78-54 going into the final period. Utah has lost 11 of its last 12 home games.
