CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 5 (UPI) -- Laron Profit hit a followup with 3.1 seconds remaining Saturday night to give the Washington Wizards an 86-84 win over the Charlotte Bobcats.
Brendan Haywood had 22 points, eight rebounds and four blocked shots for the Wizards, who won for just the third time in their last nine games. Gilbert Arenas added 21 points for Washington.

Jason Hart scored 20 points for the Bobcats, who lost for the third straight time. Hart scored 18 of his points in the final quarter including all of the final 16 points for Charlotte.
With the game tied at 84-84 and the Bobcats with the ball, Hart ran the shot clock down but couldn't get off a shot.
