CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., March 5 (UPI) -- The Chattanooga Mocs beat UNC-Greensboro, 66-62, Saturday night to win the Southern Conference Tournament and earn an automatic berth in the NCAA Tournament.

Charles Anderson, making six of his eight shots, led the scoring (with only 13 points) for Chattanooga (20-10), which hadd lost in the tournament's championship game the last two years.

Josh Gross, with 19 points, led the losing Spartans (18-12).
