NBA: Minnesota 103, Milwaukee 97

MINNEAPOLIS, March 4 (UPI) -- A 28-point performance by Wally Szczerbiak Friday night helped Minnesota rally past Milwaukee, 103-97.

Kevin Garnett contributed 25 points while Troy Hudson had 13 and Fred Hoiberg 11.

Milwaukee, losers of three out of four, was led by 24 points from Michael Redd.

The Timberwolves overcame a seven-point deficit heading into the fourth quarter. They made that up in a hurry by starting the period with a 13-5 run.
