Memphis lost its fourth straight despite a season-high 28 points from Brian Cardinal.
Two free throws by Camby with 1:08 remaining in the extra period put Denver in front for good.
After Boykins made his two free throws to give Denver a three-point lead, a three-point effort by James Posey missed badly.
